About Jeff
Mr. Walker began his career as a consultant with Kenneth Levethal & Company, a public accounting firm that specialized in real estate. He worked on several key engagements that were instrumental in resolving the Savings and Loan crisis of the early 1990’s.
When the firm was acquired by Ernst & Young, Mr. Walker provided valuation and transaction consulting services to large corporate and institutional clients. Mr. Walker developed a niche with hospitality services and ultimately responsible for the Hawaii and Califonia market areas.
He left public accounting in 1998 to explore entreprenuerial opportunities in acquiring and turning around small retail businesses. Using his hospitality approach, he has been successful in restructuring business plans and adding value.
Mr. Walker is very active in his local community. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Camarillo and serves on the Board of Directors of the Camarillo Chamber of Commerce, Camarillo Fiesta Assocation and Camarillo Art and Jazz Festival. He has done volunteer work for several area non-profits and currently heads the Camarillo Old Town Association.
